Since graduating law school in 1998, Brian’s practice has focused exclusively on civil litigation, including products liability, employment, accidents involving large trucks, and wrongful deaths.
   Joel has practiced law since 1998 and during this time has represented individuals, businesses, banks, utilities, and associations in various cases and matters.
    Both attorneys also represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation.

   After a successful 10 years with firms in Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama, Brian Strength started his own practice in 2008.
   In 2009, Joel Connally joined him. Joel was a shareholder in a respected Montgomery law firm through September 2009, when he left to start Strength & Connally with his friend Brian Strength.            
   He has not looked back.
